Cherry started out as a pop/rock song, but after performing it at a coffee shop. I slowed it down and I noticed there was a lot of interest in the slower acoustic version.

Cherry is mused from an Instagram model. Walking with that idea I turned the song into a story much like the movie The Girl Next Door.

 Roll the Dice is also named Modern Day Zombie. The song is about someone who has gone through the motions of life and finally decides to do something about it--live like a king. Its also about never giving up on your goals and taking that chance to reach greatness.

The title Sleepless Ghost is derived from the feelings that keep us up at night and alter the perception of ones self. It's that 3 am thought that is playing over and over, stirring up emotions that may or may not have been there before.
