Rylei Franks

My name is Rylei Franks and I'm not your average singer/songwriter. I write music with an acoustic rock and folk twist. Since landing on the charts as Washingtons #1 indie songwriter in 2015, I believe I'm on to something. I grew up in a small town called Soap Lake where I was rasied with a farmers work ethic (early to rise and late to bed). I apply that to my music, promotion, shows and to my loyal fan base.

What my music is like:

I once read you should write music you enjoy and people will enjoy it too. With that being said, I write with influences from a lot of people. some of wich are: Matchbox 20, Ingrid Michaelson, the Lumineers, and Mayday Parade. My Music falls into this catagory, alternative, folk, pop. It's different but good: being a solo artist I have to be creative on how to fill the sounds since I'm missing drums and base guitar.

Artists I've opened for:

  1. Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (America's top 40s chart)
  2. Second Hand Seranade (Underground top 100's chart)
  3. He Is We (#1 song on top 40's chart with Owl City)
  4. Opened for This Wild Life (2 times)
  5. Opened for Ryan Cabrera (top 40's chart)
  6. Opened for Carsen Allen (Escape the Fate's guitarist)
